A man is not a mere machine ... Ahead of things is superior perfection. Are we left without a choice?

The Problem is within ... solving ourselves ... A man is bragging about achievements in his pity world. Just a look at the horizon of the divine would shatter the walls of his world in pieces ...

The problem could be traced back to the beginning of the time. Perfection is the first, then the men arrives last in the chain ... A crown on the head, like the seventh chakra in cosmos to close the cycle.

The problem is deeper and  not defined well. That's known by those of divine wisdom, with deep understanding and love ...

Return to yourself …

People hurry, away from a possibility to meet themselves… Everything seeks attention… The machine is pulling (taking) me home. From work I drive exhausted, listening to the radio and thinking- “We’re all dreaming.” Things are draining energy, that’s the price we pay… Racing and charging through life, until… waking up. A drop in the ocean of divine consciousness. All is one. That’s right. 

Life is dynamic, yet, something is missing… Emptiness and endless bottom… Fullness is endless, too, but harder to attain (get to), since it is the first… Where am I coming from? Could I get lost? I know… But, knowing is locked. If I could open my eyes… again.

I’ve just arrived. Tomorrow is a new day. The fridge I am opening late, having a dinner and tired watching the TV. Something interesting, they always come up with… Am I happy? And, Internet, a new cultural entertainment invention, a new shift, a new opportunity if used accordingly (properly)…

It’s all okay, but shallow- a purposeless entertainment. Just to survive this day… Is this a plan for the Men from the stars? And, nothing more, just to eat well and sleep for tomorrow. To wake up recharged and seemingly healthy?

When a man sails through deepness, all the plans disappear. He travels well alone… There is everything, life is worry  and fear… Only the stars send a glow, promise, salvation.

Remembering faded…

I am thinking of a better plan. A city of the sun, at (on) the highest floor… Above the buildings, everything shines, yet, the darkness is in charge down here…

It is hard for me to push my thoughts through this window to the cosmic space. Sensing the divine, a man cries in sorrow, thinking he is further away… The fears are from the Men, the laughter is of divine touch… The space and time, could I bend (move) in order to stay here, since this music of the universe is calling.

A man, unfulfilled man, seeks and buys, lives, works, loves, plays, worries. He is but a half of a man. He knows that and it hurts a lot. Just a dream, or… an unfulfilled dream.

Science Fiction is a fiction, nonexistent life, something like a fairy tale, but it seems like a truth to a reader. It is like a myth that touches the essence of life. Ratio does not see it as something possible. It happens that we un-bewitched the whole world and we see with common eyes. It is our problem.  

What if? That is the question of Science Fiction. Science Fiction asks and tells us through imagination about life as a future, science and technology, space, time, parallel universes, etc. Is it a utopia's world or really sociological studies of the future? Hugo Gernsback was one of the first who used the term "Science Fiction" and Forrest Ackerman used the term Sci-Fi with "Hi-Fi" trend, and H. G. Wells uses his time machine. 

Science fiction also criticizes the current world and initiates a new direction in human life. Sci-Fi books contemplate about possible future, and the poet Edgar Allan Poe with Jules Verne and Wells are often mentioned as the founders of Science Fiction. Mark Twain explored science in his novel “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court“, as well as Franz Kafka and modern writers: James Joyce, T. S. Eliot, Virginia Woolf, etc. Orson Welles's radio version of “The War of the Worlds” panicked many people who believed the program was the reality. Science Fiction in 1953 with “The Quatermass Experiment” (1953.) was shown on British TV, the first significant science fiction show as a horror. William S. Burroughs was the writer who brought Sci-Fi in the modern literature. Science fiction films develop its genre additionally with Stanley Kubrick's ”2001: A Space Odyssey”. Contemporary Sci-Fi has been marked as cyberpunk. SF writers invented the robot long before it was possible to build one, before the modern science.

Traditional mythology appears in Science Fiction that has a long prehistory, in the epics of early Greek civilization with Mount Olympus and includes voyages to distant worlds, inhabited by one-eyed giants (the Cyclops Polyphemus), a six-headed monster, a creature that swallows passing ships, a woman who turns people into animals, etc. Sci-Fi we meet in ancient Sumer, ancient Egypt, India and other Civilization.

Psy

Korean wave, "Gangnam Style" is a pop single by the South Korean musician Psy. He rides fast on his horse, but does he know where he goes? I am not sure. Then, we must agree that it is very attractive. It is very intelligent and I do not know how much it is artistic matter.  It moves us. The world is fast. Very fast. It is not vulgar, he explains the world.  

"Gangnam Style" is a Korean neologism (neolexia or the act of creating a new word, a new term or a new word doctrine, sometimes called a semantic extension) and that refers to a life-style associated with the Gangnam District of Seoul. "Gangnam Style" refers to the significant increase in the popularity of South Korean entertainment and culture since '90s. Now it is known as popular K-pop songs.

Is that style an inspiration for silliness or something else, maybe a disclosure of the modern culture to us or it is something else? What is it? Tell me. 

There is some kind of arts, and there is something of silliness. Yes. All that is quickly and too rich with modern things, and at the same time it is derision or mockery on that.  

As confirmation for special value Psy appeared at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. It is a sort of cultural impact for the whole world. Few are indifferent about that. With the rhythm and with the visual atmosphere in his music videos we cannot be completely disinterested. 

Popular culture is on the side of new cultural, "Gangnam Style" or that style is just a product of new culture. Something of that already exists in us, and there is no defense. 

Our world is business and trading, goods, speed, erotica which remains sensual. And we constantly ride and drive as Psy does. 

Is it a "gavagai", a philosophical theory? The gavagai thought experiment tells who tries to find, what the expression gavagai means, and at first look it seems that gavagai simply translates with a rabbit. My simple translation of Gangnam is the big machinery. But I do not know what it is in its deep essence.

E.A.Poe - "Raven"

(Thinking about "Raven")

Edgar Allan Poe was filled with night, with weakness and with pain, he had never been alone, never. In that raining night suddenly something was knocking. On the door? … and, he thought about that: "Only this, and nothing more?" 

When he was reading some forgotten books … knocking was continuing, he woke up and he remembered that it was a cold December and how his loved darling Lenore had come out from his life forever. This cold wave and the remembrance of the love still increased his solitude. 

He was reading a book. Again, there was some rustling. A curtain? That looked like danger! Is it Lenore? And he said: "It is wind and nothing more". 

He came to the window and he opened it. A raven!? The dark raven sat above the door: ‘And nothing more’.

In the dark and solitude this raven looked like a friend for a moment. But the raven croaked again: "And nothing more".

Almost broken he tried to find the meaning of those words: "Nothing more".

The raven, already became like a prophet. Poe asked himself: ‘Is it a bird or a devil!?’ Fear is big. Somehow, in the name of God he asked the raven this: ’Will I know that if I will be able to see my Lenore in the paradise? 

The raven croaked: "And nothing more" and looked at Poe, he stood above the door on the bust of Palad in the dark, and then it was silence. 

Poe’s Soul was already exhausted.

Philosophy and Sophein

Philosophy has its far and somewhat hidden origin. It is older than the notion that we just interpret historically or academically, it is a life according to the highest principles or laws given to a human being so much that turns into the greatest Love and fulfillment. The one who loves and thinks – would say Holderlin, a famous German poet. In pursuit of  Divine Wisdom Sophein, from which the whole visible World is born, we turn to the ancient Greeks whose way of life was the basis for the way of the modern civilization living. Moreover, the philosophical thoughts  go even further, wider, deeper and longer ago to the human history as a kind of being that even preceded to themselves. All truth cannot be revealed, that is a nature of this world and now let it be important to us the Hellenistic thought and the lives of  philosophers until present time.

A human being fulfilled with Sophein cannot rely on discursive  or rational elements of  language, thinking and speech. The language  (the set of signs, symbols and meanings) – is dead, but the speech (or speaking) alive. The Language has some deeper origins than the conceptual ones, because the language is also a gesture, energy (Greek: energeia – activity), howl, view. In that sense  the logic is not enough. That deeper language in its character is an acceptance or a rejection, an encroachment on the world or its  reveling in a sense of allowance the world shows itself how it is in its in a deeper basis. In this regard, some Greek notions are derived such as TECHNE (craft, art) and POIESIS (making, creating, revealing). Therefore, the questions on  Destiny, Inevitability and Freedom come from these ideas.

Philosophy as the ultimate Love is not even a science, it is a mother of all sciences so people on their way to it use the knowledge of other (scientific) disciplines. The benefit that we have of Sophie is to stay on the Way (Greek methodos) which is not the same for everyone, but every road leads to the same one. That Road is not marked and can be found by those ones who go out of the choir (Greek tragos: a goat) and sing a song (ode) in praise of  the gods. Hence the Greek tragedy. The one who has reached  Divine, that one has nothing more to tell nor to sing, but we on the Way, who philosophically live, except life itself, and besides all kinds of languages (metalanguages), use this conceptual language (though  still very valuable one)  of critical or poetic thinking.

Perhaps it is no wonder that it all began with the blind poet Homer – he sings about the heroism of Achilles in the Iliad and the long wanderings of Odysseus returning home from the Trojan War. Besides the mind, the heart is important too. These songs are mythical and as such full of symbolism on the life principles of people and their relationship with the Divine matters. The blind Homer saw something.
